| A. | Absolutely!... the manufacturer claims a success rate of over 99.5%, provided the instructions are followed correctly. |
| Q. | Someone told me that B-Clear works and Ultramask doesn't (or vice-versa), what's going on there? |
| A. | We have heard this one a few times, it's absolutely false!... B-Clear and Ultramask are the exact same product, made by the same manufacturer, the only difference is the label. If you know someone that claims to have used either product and failed, we would suggest they have not used the product according to the instructions. |
| Q. | Is there anything I should avoid doing in the days leading up to the test? |
| A. | In the days leading up to your test you should definitely abstain from ingesting any “toxins”. You should also avoid caffeine (tea, coffee, cola, iced coffee, energy drinks etc), all alcohol, diuretics, urinary alkalisers (Urals etc), Liver cleansing or Herbal detox products (Golden Seal, Milk thistle, Chlorophyll etc), strenuous exercise, saunas and hot tubs should also be avoided. Also, keep your hydration up by drinking regular amounts of water… but don’t over do it. |

| A. | All B-Clear and Powerflush orders are sent via Australia Post’s Express service. Once your payment has cleared, we will attempt to dispatch your order the same day, or following business day. Delivery times vary and Australia post only guarantees next day delivery to certain post codes, please see the Australia Post website for details. Suburban post codes and major regional towns normally receive delivery 1-2 days after dispatch, remote towns can take up to 3 days. |
